A clear, step-by-step workflow from initial consultation to delivery and after-sales support.
We start with a detailed discussion to understand your product specifications, performance needs, and application environment.
Formalize the project scope, pricing, and delivery terms with a Proforma Invoice (PI) and Purchase Order (PO) to set clear expectations.
Finalize technical requirements, including material grade, hardness, color, and certifications to ensure compliance and performance.
Our engineering team develops a detailed design proposal and creates functional prototypes for your review and testing.
Once the prototype is approved, we proceed with precision mold design and manufacturing to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Using advanced injection molding and compression molding equipment, we execute production while conducting rigorous in-process inspections.
Every finished product undergoes a final quality check before being carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We coordinate reliable logistics for on-time delivery and provide ongoing support to address any post-delivery questions or concerns.

We treat your intellectual property (IP) as our highest priority. We are fully prepared to sign a bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any 2D/3D drawings, ideas, or physical samples. Our internal engineering department operates under strict data security protocols, ensuring that your product files are only accessible to authorized project personnel. We never showcase, sell, or replicate our OEM/ODM customers' proprietary products under any circumstances.
Mold tooling cost is quoted based on product complexity, size, cavity count, and required mold life. The tooling fee is a one-time charge. Once paid in full, the mold is owned by your company and is exclusively used for your production. We store molds in our facility at no additional cost and can produce reorders at any time using your existing tooling.
MOQ varies by product type, size, and manufacturing process. For standard silicone parts, typical MOQ starts from 500–1,000 pieces. For complex or large items, the MOQ may be higher. We understand that new product launches often require smaller trial runs, and we are flexible in discussing pilot production quantities to support your market testing.
Yes. We offer a range of silicone materials that comply with FDA (US), LFGB (Germany/EU), RoHS, REACH, and other relevant standards. Material compliance certificates can be provided upon request. For food-contact and baby products, we recommend specific food-grade materials and can arrange third-party testing for your project if required.
Prototype development typically takes 7–15 days depending on complexity. Mold manufacturing takes 15–25 days after design confirmation. Mass production lead time is generally 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and production scheduling. For urgent projects, we can discuss expedited options to meet your timeline.
